At Lizzy’s Luxurious Nails, we strive to provide high-quality custom press-on nails that you’ll love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any press-on nail sets. All sales are final once your order has been processed.
Refunds
We understand that issues may arise. Refunds may be offered in the following cases:
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will issue a replacement or refund upon review.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong set or size, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
Please note: We cannot issue refunds for incorrect sizing if the size was not measured or provided accurately by the customer. Be sure to refer to our sizing guide before ordering.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all press-on nails are custom-made to order.
