At Lizzy’s Luxurious Nails, every set is handcrafted with care to ensure you receive the perfect custom press-on nails. Please review our shipping policy for details about order processing, delivery, and what to expect once your order is placed.

 🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All nail sets are handmade and custom-designed.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and created before it ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing, additional cost)
  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

 ⏳ Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal service delays, or peak seasons.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

 🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at lizzysluxuriousnails@gmail.com.
    • For damaged items, include clear photos of the package and product.
  • We will assist with filing a claim or issuing a replacement when applicable. 

📝 Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at lizzysluxuriousnails@gmail.com.

PICKUP & ABANDONMENT POLICY
Orders selected for pickup must be collected within 14 days of completion unless other arrangements are made in advance. After 14 days, unclaimed orders will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned orders will not be refunded, replaced, or held indefinitely. After this period, items may be restocked, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at the business’s discretion. Clients are responsible for communicating any delays in pickup within the 14-day window.
